• Located in a quiet wooded area near Broadway, VA.
• Easy access to Shenandoah National Park, Harrisonburg, JMU, Massanutten, and Bryce Resort.
• Roads in the area may include gravel sections, typical for mountain properties. AWD is recommended during winter weather, however the access is not that steep.
• This is a forest setting, you may occasionally encounter seasonal insects. Keeping doors closed helps minimize indoor presence.
•Supplies: Please bring your own firewood for the fire pit and charcoal for the BBQ grill.
